This information
collection is approved for four weeks, with the Department's
understanding that it must satisfactorily respond to OMB questions
forwarded on January 14, 1993 within this timeframe. Upon receipt
of the responses to the questions, OMB will consider whether or not
to grant approval to the use of this survey. This current four week
approval is a general concept clearance only and doe not extend to
the survey instrument itself. The concept approval will be
re-evaluate based on the response to OMB questions and any other
questions that those responses may generate. HUD must resubmit this
package in its entirety with its responses in four weeks if it
seeks additional OMB approval of its use.
