Abstract: THIS STUDY WILL INCREASE OUR UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TITLE VII FUNDING AFFECTS SERVICES PROVIDED TO LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENT STUDENTS. A SAMPLE OF 200 TITLE VII PROGRAM FILES WILL BE REVIEWED AND A TELEPHONE SURVEY OF THE 200 PROGRAM DIRECTORS WILL BE CONDUCTED.
