year, as this collection will be replaced by the new SPIR after PY
1992. In addition, we continue to note two conditions: -- DOL's
pilot study of using UI wage records to set performance standards,
award incentive funds, and impose sanctions, discussed as a future
alternatuve data source to this report and to the SPIR follow-u
data, shall include an evaluation compoenent regarding both the
implementation process and quantitative results. -- The follow-up
sample for this collection, and for the SPIR, shall b implemented
with a goal of acheiving an 80 percent response rate. DOL shall
determine the number of SDAs that adjust for non-response bias i
this collection and in the SPIR during PY 1992, and shall report
this information in the next clearance of the SPIR.
