Abstract: TOXIC SUBSTANCES, CHEMICALS, EXPORTS' THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION AMENDS SECTION 12(B) OF TSCA. EXPORTS OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES MUST BE REPORTED IF SUCH SUBSTANCES ARE THE SUBJEC OF REGULATORY ACTIONS UNDER CERTAIN OTHER SECTIONS OF TSCA. EXPORTERS MUST REPORT THE FIRST ANNUAL EXPORT (ONE-TIME NOTICE FOR SECTION 4 ONLY) OF A REGULATED CHEMICAL TO EACH COUNTRY.
