Abstract: THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ACQUISITION REGULATION IS NECESSARY IMPLEMENT AND SUPPLEMENT THE GOVERNMENTWIDE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION AND TO ENSURE THAT THE REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PROCUREMEN OF GOODS AND SERVICES WITHIN THE NRC SATISFY THE NEEDS OF THE AGENCY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE OFFERORS, BIDDERS, AND CONTRACTORS FOR NRC PROCUREMENTS.
