AND MARKETING DATA TO BE REPORTE ON DSMD SHEETS WHEN PROSPECTIVE
MAS CONTRACTORS RESPOND TO A MAS SOLICITATION. THE DATA IS USED TO
DETERMINE THE COMMERCIALITY OF ITEM OFFERED, SET THE GOVERNMENT'S
NEGOTIATION OBJECTIVE, AND DETERMINE PRI REASONABLENESS.
