Abstract: OWNERS OF MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS SUBMIT FORM HUD-92410 EACH YEAR AS PART OF THEIR ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS. HUD USES THE DTA ON FORM HUD-92410 TO REVIEW REQUESTS FOR RENT INCREASES AND TO PREVENT DEFAULT BY MONITORING THE REASONABLENESS OF PROJECTS' OPERATING EXPENSES AND T ADEQUACY OF PROJECT'S CASH FLOW.
