Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN WILL APPLY TO A NEW CLASS OF COMPANIES KNOWN AS "MUTUAL HOLDING COMPANIES" AND TO THEIR SUBSIDIARIES.
