Abstract: THE APPLICATION IS USED FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PROVISIONS OF THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT. IT IS REQUIRED OF ALL ALIENS SEEKING AN IMMIGRANT VISA. INFORMATION ASSISTS CONSULAR OFFICERS IN DETERMINING VISA ELIGIBILITY AND PROVIDES THE IMMIGRATION SERVICE WITH INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION OF THE ALIEN AFTER ADMISSION.
