Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection
INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY PHAS TO
DETERMINE WHETHER PROSPECTIVE TENANTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PREFERENCE
IN OBTAINING HOUSING BECAUSE THEY ARE OCCUPYING SUBSTANDARD
HOUSING, INVOLUNTARILY DISPLACED, OR PAYING MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF
FAMILY INCOME FOR RENT AND WILL BE USED BY HUD TO DETERMINE IF PHAS
ARE PROPERLY ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM.
