Abstract: DATA COLLECTION IS NEEDED TO COMPLY WITH STATUTE AND REGULATIONS AND PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR PROGRAM PLANNING AND NEEDS ASSESSMENT. IT WIL ASSIST IN THE EFFORT TO ASSURE NATIONAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR THE CHAPTER 1 MIGRANT EDUCATION PROGRAM. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES THE 51 STATE ENTITIES OPERATING CHAPTER 1 MIGRANT PROGRAMS.
