ASSOCIATIONS TO OBTAIN OTS APPROVAL OF ANY CHANGE IN ITS BYLAWS
WHICH IS NOT PREAPPROVED BY REGULATION. THE PURPOSE OF THE BYLAW
AMENDMENT APPLICATION IS TO EVALUATE WHETHER THE BYLAW CHANGE IS
JUSTIFIED AND WILL NOT NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE ASSOCIATION AND ITS
MEMBERS.
