DISABILITIES ACT AND SECTION 504 OF THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973,
THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IS REQUIRED TO INVESTIGATE COMPLAINTS OF
DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF DISABILITY. THE REQUESTED
