Abstract: DATA COLLECTION FOR THIS STUDY IS NEEDED TO TEST ALTERNATIVE METHODS O MONITORING FOOD CONSUMPTION PATTERNS AND DIETARY STATUS OF THE U.S. POPULATION. THE SURVEY OPERATIONS AND DATA COLLECTION METHODS FOR CSF 1993-95 HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM THOSE USED IN PAST CONTINUING FOOD INTA SURVEYS.
