THESE SURVEYS ARE THE ONLY RECURRING
COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATIONS OF VA PATIENTS' SATISFACTION WITH THE
HEALTH CARE THEY RECEIVE. THEY MEET MEDICAL, MANAGEMENT, AND
LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS AND HELP ASSURE THAT VA MAINTAINS A HIGH
LEVEL OF CARE TO THE NATION'S VETERANS.
