Abstract: FORM IS NEEDED TO IMPLEMENT NATIONAL FOREST SKI AREA PERMIT ACT OF 1986. PERMIT PLACES OBLIGATIONS ON THE PERMIT HOLDER NECESSARY TO MEE THIS ACT AND OTHER ACTS REGARDING THE MANAGEMENT OF NATIONAL FOREST SYSTEM LANDS THAT REQUIRES COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND MANAGEMENT AN OPERATING PLANS.
