Abstract: THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTORY CRITERIA WHICH ALLOW THE DIRECTOR OF OVC TO COLLECT PERFORMANCE DATA FROM RECIPIENTS OF VOCA GRANT FUNDS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES UP TO 57 STATES AND TERRITORIES ADMINISTERING THE CRIME VICTIM ASSISTANCE PROVISIONS OF THE VICTIM OF CRIME ACT.
