this information collection request through 12/92 because by that
time HUD will have completed final rulemaking for the new
project-based accounting requirement for public housing
authorities. In its next submission, HUD should address all
comments received on the proposed rule concerning the paperwork
burden, including the accuracy of HUD's paperwork burden
estimate.
