OMB is approving
this collection of information for one year to allow HUD to get
programatic experience. OMB understands that HUD will be publishing
a final rule based on comments received on the interim fina rule,
and that no PHAs will be designated as "mod" troubled this year,
and therefore no PHAs will lose mod funding. In its next
submission, HUD shall review all public comments associated with
this information collection from the interim final rule, and
address any issues raised, including suggestions for how the
reporting burden can be reduced.
