EPA shall seek help from the public, including respondents, t
develop more accurate burden estimates for the following reporting
items: completion of the CQA plan; ALR reporting, especially the
dete mination of size, location, and cause of any leak, and the
determinati of the short-term and long-term actions necessary to
mitigate the leak and the remediation determination analyses. EPA
shall document these efforts and submit a written report to OMB on
this analysis.
