collection is approved through 8-92 under the following conditions:
Per OMB's agreement with ACF and the Census, ACR will modify number
40 to reflect the changes made to the question in the attached
sheet. ACF will also monitor the results of SIPPS, the In-Home
segment of the JOBS Evaluation and the FNS study on child support,
to better understand the use of paternity questions and to
determine the optimum instrument for further research in this area.
In addition, ACF will modify question number 51 to read "Could
..... have received health insurance from their father/mother in
1991 -.....
