Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this Information Collection Request is approved for use through April, 1993 As the Agency continues to move toward the use of credit reports rathe than credit reference letters, this ICR will become unnecessary and duplicative. If the Agency chooses to resubmit this ICR, it should pr vide a specific justification of the need for the continued use of FmH 410-9.
