Abstract: PLANNING GRANT APPLICATIONS WILL BE SOLICITED FROM NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATIONS, OR PUBLIC AGENCIES IN COOPERATION WITH A PRIVATE NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE HOPE FOR HOME OWNERSHIP OF SINGLE FAMILY HOMES PROGRAM UNDER THE HOMEOWNERSHIP AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PEOPLE EVERYWHERE PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES GRANTS TO DEVELOP HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAMS.
