FEEDBACK REGARDING THE QUALITY OF ITA PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. ITA
UNITS MUST HAVE A TOOL THAT PROVIDES THEM WITH AN ANALYSIS OF THE
PERCEPTIONS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS TOO ALLOWS THEM TO
CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE THE VALUE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND
