Abstract: THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IN AUTHORIZATIONS AND METHODS TO BE FOLLOWED IN OBTAINING AND SERVICING PROPERTY INSURANCE ON BUILDINGS AND ON LAND OWNED OR LEASED, SECURING THE INTEREST OF FMHA IN CONNECTION WITH FARMER PROGRAMS (FP), SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING (SFH), AND MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING (MFH) LOANS.
