Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved through 12-92 under the following conditions: FNS will continue to coordinate development and survey results with HCFA on the client health characteristics, Appendix C. Within this Appendix, in section C4, FNS must determine how consistently the disease information is reported in the centers; FNS will qualify these results accordingly. OMB recommends that FNS reassess the need for payment for information collected from these centers in the future.

Abstract: DATA WILL BE COLLECTED DURING FY 1991 AND 1992 FROM STATE ADMINISTERIN AGENCIES FOR CACFP, ADULT DAY CARE CENTERS (PARTICIPATING AND NOT PARTICIPATING IN CACFP), AND ADULTS ATTENDING ADULT DAY CARE CENTERS. DATA WILL BE USED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONTRIBUTION OF CACFP MEALS TO DAILY NUTRIENT INTAKE, PROJECT FUTURE PROGRAM GROWTH, AND TO DESCRIBE PARTICIPANTS.
