Although this
request was not originally made on an expedited basis at the time
of its submission to OMB, by verbal request by Ron Taylor of VA,OMB
has acted upon the request on an expedited basis. The reason for
the expedited request is to remedy a Paperwork Reduction Act
violation regarding a non-approved change to the form in current
use. Accordingly, OMB approves this request for a limited period of
time and VA must recieve OMB approval again for the form in the
version to be used during 1993.
