the most current regulatory text. -- In the instructions for Part
II -- Program Narrative, Section A, it 1.b.2.iv, ED shall insert
the words "If appropriate" at the beginning the text before
"other." The instructions for items 1.b.2.i-iii satis the
requirements at 34 CFR 201.11(c). -- In the instructions for Part
II -- Program Narrative, Section A, it 9, ED shall list only the
programs cited at 34 CFR 201.34 (from Sectio 1202(a)(2) of the
program statute) under the appropriate agency designations.
