Abstract: A 1991 FILING SEASON TEST OF THE FORM 1040EZ-1 WAS CONDUCTED AMONG 3,928 TEXAS TAXPAYERS. FOCUS GROUPS WILL BE CONDUCTED AMONG DALLAS, HOUSTON, AND SAN ANTONIO TEST PARTICIPANTS TO EXPLORE TAXPAYER REACTIONS TO THE NEW FORM IN DEPTH.
