As agreed to in
a discussion between Doris Benz of OPM and Joe Lackey of OMB, OPM
will change its burden disclosure notice on the SF171 to indicate
an overall extimated reporting burden averaging 90 minutes per
response. As also agreed, it is appropriate for OPM to retain the
20-360 minute range. No change will be made to the estimate for the
SF171A. Accounting change for this new estimate is reflected in
this notice.
