ISSUANCE UNDER SECTION 132 OF P.L. 101-64 THE AFFECTED PUBLIC
INDLUDES NONRESIDENT ALIENS SEEKING TO APPLY FOR SUCH CONSIDERATION
AND EMPLOYERS IN THE UNITED STATES WHO AGREE TO OFF EMPLOYMENT TO
SUCH ALIENS.
