FUNDS TO REPORT INCOME AND TAXES ON THE EARNINGS OF THE FUND. THE
FUND IS ESTABLISHED BY COURT ORDER AND IS USED TO PAY CLAIMS BY
EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES FOR DEATH OR INJURIES CAUSED BY
ON-THE-JOB CONDITIONS. IRS USES FORM 1120-DF TO DETERMINE IF INCOME
AND TAXES ARE CORRECTLY COMPUTED.
