AGENCIES PUBLISH THE FINAL COMMON RULE REQUIRING APPLICANT AND
AWARDEE INSTITUTIONS RECEIVING FEDERAL FUNDS TO INITIATE PROCEDURES
TO REPORT, DISCLOSE AND KEEP REQUIRED RECORDS FOR THE PROTECTION OF
HUMAN SUBJECTS OF RESEARCH.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
