This ICR is
approved through September, 1994. However, the ICR is not approved
for use by those who would be subject to the reporting following
the promulgation of the Federally Permitted Release rule or the
rule designating Extremely Hazardous Substances under the Emergenc
Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act as Hazardous Substances
under CERCLA. OMB will review the additional burden imposed by
those separa rulemakings once the rules have been submitted to and
are approved by OMB. Therefore, the ICR is approved for a total
burden of 140,470 hours. (The burden is calculated as follows:
(8,729 * 4.2) + (13,659 * 7.6).)
