Abstract: THE TEMPORARY REGULATIONS REQUIRE ANY PARTNERSHIP WISHING TO MAKE AN ELECTION UNDER SECTION 1.752-4T(D) TO FILE THE ELECTION WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. THE PROPOSED REGULATIONS REQUIRE ANY PARTNERSHIP WISHING TO MAKE AN ELECTION UNDER SECTION 1.752-5(B) TO FI THE ELECTION WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.
