CDC PLANS TO CONDUCT A TWO-PART
VOLUNTARY SEROSURVEY AMONG SURGEONS PRACTICING IN FIVE SPECIFIED
SPECIALTIES TO STUDY HIV INFECTION AMONG THIS POPULATION. THE
RESULTS FROM THIS STUDY WILL HELP CDC DEVISE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR
THESE AND OTHER HEALTH CARE WORKERS EXPOSED TO A GREAT DEAL OF
BLOOD.
