TRANSIT INDUSTRY: THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS TO DETERMINE THE
EXTENT, PREVALENCE AND TYPES OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE IN THE TRANSIT
INDUSTRY NATIONWIDE, AS WELL AS ITS IDENTIFIABLE CONSEQUENCES,
ESPECIALLY ON SAFETY.
