Abstract: EPA PLANS TO REQUEST INFORMATION FROM VENDORS OF INNOVATIVE TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES THAT ADDRESS SPECIFIC PROBLEMS AT CONTAMINATED HAZARDOUS WASTE SITES. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO DEVELOP AN AUTOMATED DATABASE AVAILABLE TO POTENTIAL TECHNOLOGY USERS WHO NEED CURRENT INFORMATION ON INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES. MORE ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION MAY LEAD TO INCREASED TECHNOLOGY USE.
