ALL NATIONAL BANKS MUST DESIGNATE A
SECURITY OFFICER WHO SHALL DEVELOP AND ADMINISTER A WRITTEN
SECURITY PROGRAM TO PROTECT EACH BANKING OFFICE FROM ROBBERIES,
BURGLARIES, AND LARCENIES. THE SECURITY OFFICER SHALL REPORT AT
LEAST ANNUALLY TO THE BANK'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON THE
EFFECTIVENESS OF THE SECURITY PROGRAM.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
