Abstract: THE APPLICATION IS PRECRIBED BY THE IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION ACT AS THE MEANS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIENS TO APPLY FOR NATURALIZATION. THE FORM REPLACES THE CURRENT N-400 AS WELL AS THE N-400B. SUPPLEMENT TO THE N-400 - THE N-402 NATURALIZATION PETITION FOR A CHILD, AND THE N-405 AND N-407 PETITION FOR NATURALIZATION.
