Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE SURVEY FORM SSA-2244 WILL BE USED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (SSA) TO DETERMINE WHAT ADDITIONAL METHODS COULD BE UTILIZED TO CONTACT INDIVIDUALS WHO MIGHT BE ELIGIBLE FOR SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) BENEFITS.
