Abstract: THIS STUDY WILL COLLECT, ANALYZE, AND REPORT DATA ABOUT FIRST-TIME ENTERING, FIRST-YEAR POSTSECONDARY STUDENTS IN ACADEMIC YEAR 1988-89 (FIELD TEST) AND 1989-90 (FULL-SCALE SURVEY), USING AS A BASE THE NPSA 90 SAMPLES.
