We have approved
this collection of information for three years, but a concerned
about the PWBA's failure to ensure its authorization in the past.
According to the Department, this collection of information has
been in use since 1978 without OMB approval. Because class
exemption paperworks tend to reduce the regulatory burden on the
public, little attention is given to its authorization by the
public as well as by the PWBA. Notwithstanding, failure to get OMB
approval on any collection of information is a violation of the
Paperwork Reduction Act.
