OMB approves
this information collection package, under the condition stated by
NEA that progress reports are required only from organizational
grantees with ongoing (vs. one-time) grants. NEA also intends to
use the progress reports as a means of identifying and resolving
any problems that grantees encounter in fulfilling the terms of
their award notice and complying with other NEA standards. After
resolution, grantees will remain eligible for their final cash
disbursement.
