PROSPECTIVE COMMODITY SUPPLIER MUST PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR USDA TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY. COMMODITY SUPPLIERS MUST REPORT DETAILS OF SALES FOR PRICE APPROVAL. AGENTS NOMINATED BY IMPORTING COUNTRIES MUST SUBMIT INFORMATION TO ALLOW IDENTIFICATION OF CONFLICTS OF INTEREST.
