Pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act, we have approved through September 1993
only OSHA Form 73. If the agency finalizes regulations for 29 CFR
1915.7 before that time, the agency shall submit a paperwor
clearance package to reflect those changes. OSHA 74 is no longer
approved under this OMB number because the agency has determined
that the form is not subject to PRA review due to Dole v.
Steelworkers.
