We have approved
through July 1993 the proposed revision to the WD-10, which will
gather more information about the extent to which helpers are
employed on Davis-Bacon construction sites. This reflects the
Department's recent implementation of revised Davis-Bacon
regulations as they regard semiskilled helpers. We continue our
general terms of clearance from the last OMB approval: ESA shall
explore less costly an burdensome collection techniques, such as
sampling, and that these be discussed when the agency next seeks
clearance for these requirements.
