granted for the 6 month initial registration period (only),
provided that INS resubmit the necessary documentation for
continuation of this program at the 12 and 18 month required
intervals in sufficient time to allow for OMB study and
consideration. Such documentation must include a revised
questionnaire that provides for the least possible public burden as
well as an adequate and complete explanation of the registratinon
program in the justification.
