In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, OMB has approved
this information collection request through October 31, 1992. OMB
has approved this collection with the understanding that the Fores
Service is commited to completing the transition from Residual
Value (RV) appraisal to Transaction Evidence appraisal (TEA) in
those areas of Region 2, 4, 5 and 6, where RV is currently used, as
soon as is practicable, but not later than October 1, 1992. OMB
also understands that the agency will continue to study the
benefits and costs associated with adoption of TEA in region
10.
