Abstract: INFORMATION PROVIDED ON APPLICATION IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY AND SUITABILITY OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM APPLICANTS DESIRING TO RECEIVE A SCHOLARSHIP AWARD UNDER PROVISIONS OF 38 USC, 4301-4336. APPLICANTS ARE STUDENTS ENROLLED IN ASSOCIATE, BACCALAUREATE, MASTERS PHYSICAL OR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY. THIS PROGRAM ASSISTS IN PROVIDING HEALTH CARE PERSONNEL TO MEET VA SHORTAGE DISCIPLINES.
